Chef Jared is at it again! His next Brunch featuring Coastal Empire Beer Company will kick off on 2/19/2017 @ 12:30 pm Upstairs at Dubs! Starting with a Mimosa and Beermosa bar with all the juices and accoutrements your mind can conjure followed by 5 courses paired with 5 delicious beers.
1st Course: Smoked Brisket Empanadas with BBQ Creme Fraiche paired with Savanah Brown.
2nd Course: Pear, Gorgonzola, and Walnut Tart paired with Tybee Blonde.
3rd Course: Chicken and Waffles. Braised and Fried Chicken Thighs on an English Cheddar Grit Waffle, with a Citrus Pepper Honey paired with Blood Orange Citrus Breeze IPA
4th Course: Steak Benedict. Dry Aged New York Strip on a Potato Muffin topped with a Poached Egg and Au Piovre Hollandaise sauce paired with Inshore Slam IPA.
5th Course: New York Cheesecake stuffed Crepe with Pomegranate Syrup paired with a Wild Kingdom Pomegranate Brett Sour.
